Delete your TrueFlow account

You can delete your TrueFlow account yourself, directly in the app. No email or support request is needed.

Coaches

Open the app, go to More → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and permanently, and you are logged out.

This deletes your profile and login, your clients and all of their records (programmes, progress, and body-metric and nutrition data), and your exercise library, templates and resources. Your clients will lose access straight away. Deleted coach accounts cannot be recovered or reinstated, so make sure you have kept anything you need first.

Clients

Open the app, go to More → Delete account, and confirm. Your access code stops working immediately and you are logged out. Your coach can also remove you from their account, which works the same way.

Your profile, programme, progress, and body-metric and nutrition data are permanently deleted after 30 days. If you delete by mistake, email support@mytrueflow.uk within those 30 days and we may be able to reinstate it. We can’t guarantee this, and we can’t reinstate an account after 30 days.

If you can’t use the app

If you no longer have the app installed or can’t log in, email support@mytrueflow.uk. Coaches should write from the email address linked to their TrueFlow account. Clients should include their name and their coach’s name. We may need to verify who you are before processing the request.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes. Client data is kept for up to 30 days after deletion, then permanently deleted.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. If you are a coach with an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription, cancel it separately through the store you subscribed with, or you will continue to be charged. Deleting your account also does not remove information held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat in connection with a subscription; that is handled under their own terms and policies.
